You are cordially invited to take part in the II International Scientific Conference «Regularities of Formation and Impact of Marine and Atmospheric Hazardous Phenomena and Disasters On the Coastal Zone of the Russian Federation Under the Conditions of Global Climatic and Industrious Challenges» in memory of Corresponding Member RAS D.G. Matishov ("Dangerous Phenomena - II").
 
The event is dedicated in memory of Corresponding Member RAS Dmitry Gennadyevich Matishov (1966 – 2015).
 

D.G. Matishov – a well-known Russian scientist who worked within geography and ecology of the ocean studies, the founder of a new research direction – radiation ecological oceanography. D.G. Matishov developed new principles of radio-ecological monitoring of the Arctic Ocean seas, coasts of the Arctic and southern seas, determined a comparative input of the global, regional, and local sources into the radioactive contamination of marine ecosystems of the northern and southern seas for the first time, the author of more than 300 publications in the central national and foreign scientific journals, director-organizer of Institute of Arid Zones of the Southern Scientific Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

To popularize research and studies and attract the youth to and into the science, a series of lectures is planned within the conference to be given by leading scientists during plenary and section meetings, as well as master-classes at the SSC RAS research stations.

GOAL OF THE EVENT

Exchange of research results, systematization of urgent problems, and determination of research trends connected with the studying of regularities of formation and impact of marine, atmospheric hazardous phenomena and disasters on the coastal zone of the Russian Federation under the conditions of global climatic and industrious challenges. 


SECTIONS OF THE SCIENTIFIC EVENT


 
MATERIAL ARRANGEMENT

File name: number of course_Surname of the first author.doc (e.g. 1_Smirnov.doc).

Materials – in Russian or English, not more than 5 pages (Times New Roman, interval  – 1.5 , size 12) (A4 format).

In the text should be mentioned the followed: title, authors, workplace, city, e-mail, translation of the title into English. Authors from different organizations should be marked with the digital superscript.

References to literature – in the square brackets, e.g. [Petrov, 2018; Ivanov, Petrov, 2018]. If 2 or more of the author’s works date back to the one year they should be listed in alphabetical order due to its titles and in addition a letter of the russian alphabet should be added to the year of work. (2018a, 2018б, etc.) If the number of an authors in the work is more than 2, only the first surname is given and after that «and others». Reference list should contain works mentioned in the text, also listed in the alphabetical order.

Black and white drawings in the Graysclae mode at the 300 dpi resolution, *.tif/*.jpeg format. Each drawing should be sent as a separate file in the original format. File name: e.g. 1_Ivanov_Img.1.

Inputs for organizing committee consideration and their placement in the collection of the conference papers subject are taken until 15 June 2020 inclusive by go.conf.rnd@ya.ru  with the file attached in the *.docx (Document Word) or *.doc (Document Word 97-2003) format. Materials that sent after that date, would not be included in the collection of the conference papers subject of this event.

Please, do send the materials again, if the commitee did not approve their receiving. When corresponding with the commitee use the function «reply» (in order to save the correspondence)

POSITION OF POSTER (POSTER) REPORTS
 
In the poster presentation (A1 format - 594 × 841 mm, portrait orientation) indicate: name (font size - 65-70 pt.), Authors, place of work, city, email address. Authors from various organizations are marked with an upper digital index. The font size of the poster text is 20-24 pt.


FORMS OF PARTICIPATING AT AN ACADEMIC EVENT

  1. Oral (plenary lectures: 35 min, including answering the questions; sectional: 10 min per keynote address and 5 min to answer questions);
  2. Audience member (without a report)
  3. Poster presentation (5 min per keynote address, questions at a poster)
  4. Partisipation in absentia (publishing of materials)

TO ATTENTION OF THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE SCIENTIFIC EVENT
 
  1. Registration and points made by the participants – until 15 June 2020 (inclusive).
  2. All materials are published in author’s editorial.
  3. Final version of the programm will be formed after the closing date of reception of the materials.
  4. Uniqueness of the text should be more than 70%.
  5. Invitations – until 15 June 2020.
  6. Working language – Russian, English

Organizing committee has a right to decline an application to participation in the scientific event in the following cases:
a) Theme of the presentation does not fit the scientific direction, indicated on the official site of the conference.
b) The presentation does not meet the requirements.
c) Two or more members of the programme committee gave negative review on the materials of the presentation.
d) Application to participation or/and materials of the presentation are sent after the deadline.
Registration fee is not required.



Organizational contribution are not required.

137. Evolution of the enviroment and climat by the action of natural and anthropogenous factrors, scientific bases of rational land use and steady development; territorial organisation of the facilities and society.
168. Conceptual design of social and economical strategy for Russia for the period until 2050.

STRATEGY PRIORITIES OF SCIENTIFIC TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION ON THE TOPICS OF SCIENTIFIC EVENT
 
  1. Counter from man-made, nutrient, socio-cultural threats, terrorism and ideological extremism, cyber threats and other sources of danger for the society, economics and goverment.
  2. Contiguity of the Russian Federation territory through the establishment of the itelligent transport and telecommunications systems, and also through employment and holding of leadership in the creation of international transport and logistics systems, through exploration and usage of outer and air space, World Ocean, Arctic and Antarctic.
  3. Possibility of an effective response of russian society to the challenges given with the fact of the human and nature interaction, human and technology interaction, social institution on a contemporary level of global development, including usage of methods of humanitarian and social sciencies.
